Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. They will work closely with our team to address user needs, resolve technical problems, and maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and systems, including servers, printers, and network devices
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and software installations
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures
- Conduct user training on software applications and IT best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
