Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with at least 7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. They will work closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and team building initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits enrollment
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
